As an esteemed guest, we respectfully request that you to kindly arrive at the venue by 9:50 AM, ten minutes prior to the formal commencement of the conference, to ensure smooth coordination and seating arrangements.

For security clearance, you are kindly requested to carry a valid Government-issued ID card along with your official event entry ticket. Security protocols will be in effect, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Parking Instructions:
Please use Gate No. 02 for dedicated parking access. Kindly ensure that your parking ticket is clearly placed on the front windshield of your vehicle for hassle-free entry and parking assistance.
