  • Faculty: The institute should have qualified and experienced faculty members who are competent to teach the professional course. The faculty should have the necessary academic qualifications and experience in the relevant field.

  • Curriculum: The institute should have a well-designed curriculum for the professional course that is in line with the latest industry trends and practices.

  • Admission process: The institute should have a transparent admission process that is based on merit and does not discriminate on the basis of gender, caste, religion, or any other factor.

  • Assessment and evaluation: The institute should have a robust system for the assessment and evaluation of students that is fair and transparent.

  • Industry partnerships: The institute should have partnerships with industries and other organizations that can provide internships, training, and placement opportunities to students.

  • Student support services: The institute should have adequate support services for students, including counselling, career guidance, and other forms of assistance.

  • Financial stability: The institute should have sound financial management practices and should be financially stable to ensure the sustainability of the professional course it is offering.

  • Failure to comply with these essential compliances can lead to penalties, suspension, or revocation of the institution's registration and affiliation. Therefore, it is crucial for educational institutions to adhere to these compliances to ensure the delivery of quality education and a safe learning environment for students
